What information should I enclose with my payment?
You must enclose the payment coupon with your check or money order. If you don’t have your coupon payment available, please write your name and account number clearly in the memo section of the check or money order.
What type of Insurance policy is required by AFS?
AFS requires a full coverage policy. This policy should have comprehensive/collision coverage with max deductible of $500 each.
